3. Purposes of processing
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Attending to and answering inquiries received by email;

The legal basis for processing depends on the purpose for which the data was provided.
In the case of the LiberaForms participation form, the legal basis is the consent of the data subject, expressed through an affirmative action by filling out and submitting the form.

5. Recipients and services used
InfoTaxi Alicante does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data for commercial purposes, nor does it use visitors’ personal data for behavioral advertising.
To provide certain technical services, external providers related to the operation of the website and its tools may be involved.
GitHub Pages
The website is hosted using GitHub Pages. As part of its technical service provision and infrastructure security measures, GitHub may process certain technical connection data from visitors.
InfoTaxi Alicante does not request or use visitors’ IP addresses to identify individuals, create profiles, display behavioral advertising, or perform personal analytics.

Data entered into the form is stored on the infrastructure of this service so that it can be managed by InfoTaxi Alicante.
Processing carried out through LiberaForms is also subject to its own privacy policy and terms of service.
OpenStreetMap
The taxi rank page uses maps based on OpenStreetMap. To display the maps, the visitor’s browser sends requests to the servers that provide cartographic data and maps.
These requests may involve the processing of certain technical connection data by the services used.
Leaflet and unpkg
Map visualization relies on the Leaflet library, whose assets are loaded from unpkg, an external asset distribution service.
Loading these resources involves technical requests from the visitor’s browser to the corresponding service.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare is used exclusively to handle the domain redirection from infotaxialicante.com to infotaxialicante.es.
Cloudflare is not used as an analytics, behavioral advertising, or visitor tracking service for the .es version of the website.
Google Maps
Some pages may include external links to Google Maps to facilitate navigation to specific locations.
These links do not embed maps via iframe nor do they use a Google Maps API within the website. By clicking on one of these links, the visitor accesses an external service subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Resources and attributions

Some icons used on this site come from OpenMoji, an open-source SVG icon and emoji project.
The OpenMoji assets used in InfoTaxi Alicante are distributed under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
InfoTaxi Alicante does not use first-party cookies intended for personal analytics, behavioral advertising, or profiling.
The site’s tools and content have been configured, as far as possible, to avoid unnecessary tracking mechanisms.
However, certain external services used for the operation of the website may receive requests from the visitor’s browser and process technical data necessary to deliver their services, according to their own policies and terms.
8. Data retention
Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the purpose for which it was provided.
In the case of participation proposals that are not published, data will be retained only for the time necessary to evaluate and close the proposal and manage related communications. Once this process is completed and data is no longer needed, it will be deleted.
When a proposal is published, data necessary to prove authorship, publication authorization, and handle potential requests related to the content will be retained for as long as the content remains published.
If the author requests the removal of published content, it will be removed, and personal data that is no longer necessary will be deleted, except for data that must be retained due to a legal obligation or as required for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Data managed through external services may also be subject to the retention periods and technical conditions of those services.
When data is no longer necessary for the relevant purposes, it will be deleted or, where a legal obligation to retain exists, stored for the corresponding statutory period.
